Returns
We hope you love your items but we understand if you wish to make a return or exchange. Please read below for all our details on how to do so.
- To make a return please email us at: [email protected] with your reason for wanted to make a return and we will provide you with the shipping address and further details.
- We do not provide free returns at this stage as we are small business and if you are outside the uk you must cover all shipping and customs. If you do not cover the tax this will be deducted from you refund.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Please note returns and exchanges will only be accepted if items are unused and must be returned with hangtags and original packaging. If the items are not returned like this they will be sent back to you.
- Please make sure to get a tracking number and proof of postage.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and may take up to 10 working days.
